Recreating classic radio plays

Classic Radio Road Show, Inc. (CRRS) is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) (educational) corporation in the state of New Jersey. All donations will help entertain and educate the public about this historical art form that should be preserved. We will also develop new scripts that explore themes relevant to the 21st Century. In addition, CRRS plans to provide performances, audience participation, and classes for students about the history of radio broadcasts.
Classic Radio Road Show takes the English version of the play Colloquia by David Zarko to Orvieto, Italy (where the story takes place) the week of October 20. Orvieto hosts several very active study-abroad programs during the academic year. It is important that visiting students know the history of their host towns, so we are moving our dates to accommodate this vital audience. Additionally, Kamina Teatro will perform the play for local students, and involve them in post show discussion. Your donation in dollars supports the English version and in euros, the Italian.
